Open Enrollment for 2023 is Oct. 24-Nov. 4. It’s time to review CF’s three new medical plan options for next year.
The new plan options provide four coverage levels and allow you to select plans that better fit your family’s health care needs:
- Employee Only
- Employee plus Spouse
- Employee with Child(ren); and
- Employee plus Family
The three new plans are replacing our current medical options. As a result, your current plan is not available for 2023 and you will need to choose coverage through one of our new options during open enrollment, Oct. 24-Nov. 4.
Your medical plan options are:
- PPO Gold Plan 03359
- PPO Silver Plan 05774
- PPO High Deductible Health Plan Silver Plan 05194/05195 with Health Savings Account
These plans will replace our current medical plans and will be effective Jan. 1-Dec. 31, 2023. Enrollment is MANDATORY for 2023 as a result of the new health plans. If no action is taken, you will be defaulted into the PPO Gold Plan with Employee-Only coverage; all other current benefits will roll over to the new plan year.
