The Student Activities Board will hold its seventh annual mock DUI accident event Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 12:15 p.m., at the Ocala Campus.
Students will play victims in a staged accident caused by a driver under the influence of alcohol. CF Public Safety, Ocala Fire Rescue, Ocala Police Department, ShandsCair and students from the CF Emergency Medical Services program will respond to the accident scene.
This event, held in conjunction with Red Ribbon Week, has won several awards statewide, for programming and for the individuals involved in the planning and execution.
The accident scene will be in CF parking lots 8 and 9, located between Buildings 7, 8, 11 and 37.
