The CF Chapter of the Association of Florida Colleges will hold a chapter meeting Wednesday, Oct. 26, from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m. in the Bryant Student Union, Room 203. Cara Bennett will give a presentation on Frugal Living in the Cyber Age. With the holidays approaching, we all want to pinch pennies!
The chapter will meet at the Mojo Grill, 2015 SW 17th St., Thursday, Oct. 27 for Trivia Night. Trivia starts at 7 p.m., arrive at 6:30 p.m. for a table. If you would like to reserve a table, email Carol Smith.
There is still time to order Boo Bars for your CF pals (or yourself – we know you like chocolate!). Candy will be delivered on Halloween. Proceeds from this fundraiser pay for Thanksgiving lunch for the residents of the Salvation Army’s Evangeline Booth Garden Apartments. This lunch will be served Wednesday, Nov. 23.
