Save the date for CF’s annual Health and Wellness Fair:
Monday, Oct. 3, 10 a.m-1 p.m. at the Wilton Simpson Citrus Campus, Bldg. 4, Room 103
Tuesday, Oct. 4, 10 a.m.-3 p.m. at the Ocala Campus Patriot Café
Appointments will be required for the biometric health assessment. Click HERE to schedule your appointment. The wellness screening at the Health Fair will be offered to full-time, benefits-eligible employees and will include free cholesterol, diabetes and blood pressure checks. Those who complete the screening will receive a door prize and will be entered to win a grand prize.
To save time at the Health Fair, complete your Personal Health Assessment online in advance. Log into your member account at floridablue.com. Click Health & Wellness, then Better You Strides. Read and accept the Terms of Service, then choose your communication preference. Complete the health assessment by Oct. 1 to be eligible to earn a reward. Knowing your biometric scores is not required to complete the PHA.
Flu and COVID vaccines will be given on a walk-in basis, no appointment necessary. Vaccines will be provided by Walgreens and you must complete the consent form and bring it along with your ID, insurance card and vaccination card. Click HERE for the consent form.
All faculty and staff are invited to stop by the health fair to talk with vendors including Ameritas, Cornerstone Benefits, Eagle Benefits, EAP, The Standard Insurance, Valic-AIG and Voya Financial.
