Stress Less and Thrive is a five-week, evidence-based program delivered by certified facilitators starting on Wednesday, June 2, at 1 p.m. The program will run every Wednesday in June. Each week, you will connect with peers and the facilitators to learn small changes in daily habits that you can introduce into your life at your own pace.

During the program, you will:

  • Learn stress reducing techniques
  • Tweak your life back into balance, and learn how to keep it in balance
  • Find time to do what really matters to you
  • Discover effective ways to get things done
  • Practice relaxation strategies to feel better
