Celebrate yoga month on Wednesday, Sept. 12, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Instructional Center, Building 9, Room 101. Explore mountain pose series. It has been around for hundreds of years. This standing sequence stimulates all of the major muscle groups through forward bends, backward bends, side bends, twists and more. The slow, steady, repetitive, and smooth movements allow the body to open in deeper ways. It’s like a yoga version of tai chi.
