CF Theatre Presents “Schoolgril Figure” – Magazines Needed

College of Central Florida Theatre will present “Schoolgirl Figure” March 30–April 2 in the Dassance Fine Arts Center Black Box Theatre.

Donations of fashion and fitness magazines are needed for set decorations. Send magazines to Andy Variell, Building 4, Room 127 by March 22.

Performances will be held at 7:30 p.m. March 30–April 1, and at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 2. Doors open to the public 30 minutes before each performance.

“Schoolgirl Figure,” by Wendy MacLeod, examines teenage society and the madness behind achieving magazine model perfection in the real world. After the death of an anorexic popular girl, Renee, with help from bulimic best friend Patty, is determined to become the next it-girl by taking her body back to its pre-puberty contours.

The play contains adult language and content and is not recommended for children under the age of 13.
