Congratulations to the following AFC members:
At the AFC Annual Conference in November, your CF Chapter was recognized as a Platinum Chapter this past year and CF staff member, Marjorie McGee was given an honorary Lifetime AFC Membership.
The CF Marketing and Public Relations department was honored with 16 Awards of Excellence from the Communications and Marketing Commission, including Best in Show for a magazine article on “Giving the Extra Mile with Experiential Learning.”
Three CF team members accepted 2021 leadership positions: Jessica Kummerle will serve as the Legislative Commission chair, Tina Banner will serve as the Communications and Marketing Commission chair and Jean Scheppers will serve as immediate past chair of the Faculty Commission.
Additional congratulations goes out to Marissa Brown, Katelyn James and Dr. Raphel Robinson who won the AFC Career and Professional Employees Commission Exemplary Practice award for their innovative CF High School Ambassador program and to Rory Wells who will be serving on the AFC Membership Development state committee.

Special thanks to all AFC members who wrote a thank you message to the residence of Evangeline Booth Garden Apartments. 
Also, thank you to all AFC members who donated for the Food Pantry Challenge. The Ocala Campus collected 347 pounds of food for Interfaith Services, while Citrus and Levy campus locations collected food for their campus pantry.
