Join us for Convocation on Thursday, Aug. 13, starting at 9 a.m., online.  Congratulate the Foundation’s  New Initiative Awards and Endowed Chair Awards, and receive a college update as we start the new semester! Professional Development Days are Thursday-Friday, Aug. 13-14, with sessions for faculty and division meetings starting at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, Aug. 13.

All CF faculty and staff are invited to listen to Ken Nwadike Jr. our keynote speaker on diversity and inclusion on Friday, Aug. 14, at 10 a.m., online. Nwadike will join us from his home in California to share his story and facilitate a dialog about what we can do collectively to make a difference through compassion and understanding. He is a peace activist, motivational speaker, and video journalist known online as “the Free Hugs Guy.” He is the founder of the Free Hugs Project, which produces motivational videos to spread love, inspire change, and raise awareness of social issues.
