“Emotional blackmail” is often practiced in the workplace through attempts to control others in relationships through fear, obligation and guilt. Join Dr. Henri Benlolo to learn how to use transactional analysis to improve your emotional intelligence by communicating more effectively and by understanding psychological games individuals play in interpersonal communication, in order to reduce emotional discomfort and conflict.

This workshop will be offered twice on Tuesday, May 16: 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Both sessions will take place in the Stearns Learning Resources Center, Room 112.
