OPD Workshop: The Business Office Review, Feb. 28

Join the next OPD Workshop as the Business Office reviews a variety of items along with providing hands-on experience on Thursday, Feb. 28, from 9-11:30 a.m. in the Learning Resources Center, Room 117D. If you are new to the college, need a refresher course, or just have some questions, this workshop is for you. Participants can stay the whole time or drop in when it is convenient. 

There is so much to learn! Process a check requisition, create a purchase order,  or process an invoice to be paid. Interested how to review your budget? Make sure you’re being billed for the correct items or that you are using the correct GLC.

If you use a P-Card, you might want to attend this workshop to learn what transactions are allowed, how to manage your account, and how to report your purchases each month using the online reporting form.

Do you or someone in your area need to travel for college business? There is so much to learn in order to travel. Forms to fill out, signatures to get, approvals to acquire all before going on a trip, plus so much more.
