OPd’s ‘Brown Bag’ Leadership Series: What it Means to be an “A” Player, Oct. 8

October 8, 2019 @ 8:00 am - 9:00 am

Join OPD for a new leadership series of workshops offered throughout the year for all faculty and staff. The series will cover a variety of subjects from leadership styles, how to handle difficult people, self confidence to motivation and much more. Please bring your lunch and spend an hour with us.

The third session is “What it Means to be an “A” Player” on Tuesday, Oct. 8, from noon-1 p.m., in the Learning Resources Center, Office of Professional Development, Room 112. In this session you will learn how elite employees, the best of the best, are never begging for work. They are your top performers and are needed at every level of an organization. “A” Players are the people whose skills and passions are well matched to their jobs and through their behavior display the values of your organization daily. What kind of employee are you? Learn more about the drivers of performance and the key skills you need to be the effective leader for the future.

For more information or to RSVP, email OPD@cf.edu.
