You are invited to the next “Yoga Nidra workshop,” on Wednesday, Jan. 16, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Instructional Center, Building 9, Room 101. Kalindi Hoffman from the Amrit Yoga Institute will lead us through a Yoga Nidra meditation practice. You are sure to feel well rested and energized after this hour practice..
