Yoga Workshop ‘Just Breathe,’ Oct. 17

You are invited to the next yoga workshop: “Just Breathe,” on Wednesday, Oct. 17, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Instructional Center, Building 9, Room 101. This class will teach techniques and strategies to focus on attendees’ breath. Practice different types of breathing exercises that will help calm the central nervous system.
