Fall 2021 Spin and Wellness Schedule

As we welcome back our colleagues to the Fall 2021 semester, a new opportunity is beginning for wellness and active engagement in exercise. We will expand our wellness programming throughout the semester. However, to get us started right away, the following schedule takes place the week of Aug. 2 and will continue throughout the term. All sessions will be in the Ocala gymnasium.

Monday: Spin with Bob noon-12:45 p.m. 
Tuesday: Spin with Donna 4:45-5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: Spin with Bob noon-12:45 p.m. 
Thursday: Spin with Donna 4:45-5:30 p.m.
Friday: Strength and stability with Donna noon-12:45 p.m.

Weight Room Schedule
Monday: 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
Thursday: 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
Friday: 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m.
