A Shop Talk Cancer Awareness event will be held Monday, Feb. 12, from 6:30 to 8 p.m. in the Ewers Century Center at the College of Central Florida Ocala Campus, 3001 S.W. College Road.
“Wellness for Cancer Prevention and Survival” will feature two guest panelists. Dr. John Cain, chief of the Radiology Department with Radiology Associates of Ocala, and Dr. Omeni Osian, medical director of Cardiothoracic Surgery with Ocala Health Heart and Lung Surgery will present on lung cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment.
