In order to abide by social distancing guidelines and to protect the health and safety of our employees, CF will not be hosting an onsite Health and Wellness Fair this year. However, Florida Blue is giving full-time employees enrolled in CF’s medical plan the opportunity to earn a $15 Amazon gift card by completing an online Personal Health Assessment via the new and improved wellness platform: Better You Strides 2.0 – Powered through Florida Blue.
Better You Strides 2.0 will use your current health status, goals and interests to create a personalized health journey to support you in achieving a better state of health. Better You Strides 2.0 will also provide a seamless user experience by integrating with over 100 commercial health and wellness devices and mobile apps. New features of the platform include: easy registration, redesigned website, expanded self-guided programs, and effortless progress tracking.

Eligible Employees
The reward program is only available to employees with the medical benefit through the college. Full-time benefit-eligible employees who are on the DV plan and not enrolled in Florida Blue, do not have access to the wellness platform or the Personal Health Assessment.
Instructions to Complete the Online Personal Health Assessment
You can register for Better You Strides 2.0 online or from the AlwaysOn mobile app. If you registered with Better You Strides in 2018, please re-register following the instructions below.
Registering online
- Log into your member account at floridablue.com.
- Click Health & Wellness, then Better You Strides.
- Read and accept the Terms of Service, then choose your communication preferences.
- Complete the health assessment by Nov. 1 to be eligible to earn the reward. Knowing your biometric scores is not required to complete the Personal Health Assessment this year.
- If you want to be entered into the raffle drawing to win a FitBit (courtesy of Florida Blue), please email hr@CF.edu and confirm that you have completed the online Personal Health Assessment.
Registering from the AlwaysOn mobile app
- Download the AlwaysOn mobile app from the Apple App store or Google Play. Click “New User.”
- Complete the authentication step.
- Create your user name, password and PIN.
- Complete the health assessment by Nov. 1 to be eligible to earn the reward. Knowing your biometric scores is not required to complete the Personal Health Assessment this year
