Unable to Attend the Health Fair? Use Quest Diagnostics Remote Health Screening
Employees on the Florida Blue health plan unable to attend the on-site health screenings are invited to participate in the following:
- Quest Remote Health Screening: Participate in Quest Diagnostics Patient Service Center wellness screening now through December 17, 2022.

- Use Registration Key: FCSRMC2022
- Your Unique ID: FL Blue 8 Digit ID + Full DOB
- Your Spouse/Domestic Partner Unique ID: FL Blue 8 Digit ID + Full DOB
- For questions regarding registration or scheduling your appointment, contact the Quest Diagnostics Service Center by email at Wellness@QuestDiagnostics.com or by phone at 855-623-9355, Monday through Friday, 7 a.m. -7 p.m. CT and Saturday, 7:30 a.m.-2 p.m. CT.
- After you receive your Quest Diagnostics wellness screening results, please complete your online personal health assessment by Dec. 31, 2022.

Online Personal Health Assessment Reminder
For those who participated in the on-site health fair or Quest option: Please remember to complete the online Personal Health Assessment. To complete the online PHA, log in to your member account at floridablue.com, click on Health and Wellness, then click on Better You Strides. There is also a mobile app registration option. You can earn $40 for completing the PHA – see below for more details.

Florida Blue Better You Strides Reward Program – Earn up to $140
The Florida Blue Better You Strides reward program runs now through Dec. 31. All full-time employees with Florida Blue medical coverage are encouraged to participate. You can earn up to a maximum of $140 per year by completing qualifying reward items!
Earn $40 just for completing your health assessment or $20 for completing a personal challenge, registering a fitness device, listening to a podcast or watching a webinar. The dollars can be redeemed as they are earned for a wide selection of gift cards on the Better You Strides platform.
To participate, log in to www.FloridaBlue.com (not the phone app). Click Health and Wellness, then Better You Strides.

FAQ’s
Who can participate in Better You Strides? All full-time employees who have Florida Blue medical coverage through their employer, as the subscriber, are encouraged to participate.
How do I earn? You earn dollars by completing activities on your Personal Health Journey. You can earn up to a maximum of $140 per year by completing any of the items listed as a qualifying reward.
How do I track my dollars? See your Rewards dollars at the top of the Better You Strides home page. You will earn your rewards in $20 increments. You can redeem a maximum of $140 per reward year by clicking on Redeem.
How do I redeem my reward? You will see a wide selection of electronic gift cards that you can select when you click on the Redeem button at the top of your home page. You can redeem as you earn, or you can wait to earn the full $140 before you redeem. There are electronic gift cards in different denominations available.
How will I receive my electronic gift card when I redeem? Once you have selected an electronic gift card to redeem, an e-code will be emailed to the email address that you entered when you registered for the Better You Strides wellness platform. If you do not see an email with your e-code, check your junk email. If you want to change your email address associated with the wellness platform, click the cover pic icon at the top of the home page and go to settings.
When does my reward program begin? Your reward program begins Feb. 1, 2022 and ends on Dec. 31, 2022. You must redeem your dollars by Dec. 31, 2022. Reward dollars do not roll over to the next year.
