Kudos to Our Student-Athletes

College of Central Florida student-athletes set a few records in the classroom over the fall semester.

As a whole, 66 percent of all CF athletes recorded a 3.0 GPA or higher in the fall term, up 4 percent from previous semesters. The average student-athlete averaged a 3.07 GPA.

Thirteen student-athletes recorded perfect 4.0 GPAs. The previous record in a semester was 12.

Student-athletes with a 4.0 GPA included volleyball players Veronica Brod Farias, Marina Cruz, Viktorija Sataric and Yomaries Villegas, women’s basketball players Hannah King and Anna Clara Juul Mogensen, softball players Hannah Kelly, Katie Peters, Mariah Wick and Karli Woolington and baseball players Hunter Bowling and Josh Harper.

The softball team led all teams with the highest cumulative team GPA of 3.32.
