Yoga and Meditation Spring Class Schedule

Hatha Yoga and Meditation classes, sponsored by the Karve Endowed Chair, are going on now. Yoga is offered Mondays and Wednesdays, from 2-2:45 p.m. and Tuesdays, from 5-5:45 p.m.

Meditation for beginners is offered Tuesdays, from 1:15-1:45 p.m. Classes are held in the Dassance Fine Arts Center Dance Room 123 and are free for faculty, staff and students.

Please remember to bring your own yoga mat.  Optional items to bring may include yoga blocks, yoga straps, and eye pillows.
