SmartCatalog Transition – Update Your Links!

 CF has officially started to transition from SmartCatalog to Acalog for our college catalog provider as of Monday, July 19. This new catalog software allows the college to move its curriculum process to an electronic and responsive platform and more easily maintain Academic Pathways in an accessible, accurate and electronic format. It also allows us to continue to provide the College Catalog, Student Handbook, Faculty Handbook and Employee Handbook in an electronic format to ensure that the most up-to-date information is available to students, staff and the community.

As part of this transition, all content previously linking to SmartCatalog pages will need to be updated to point to the new Acalog pages. The SmartCatalog links will no longer work. Unlike with SmartCatalog, our new catalog’s URLs will change annually, so we ask that everyone use this list of vanity URLs when possible. If you do not see a link in the spreadsheet for a SmartCatalog page you’ve been frequently linking to, please contact Rachel Cote at coter@cf.edu to get one set up.

Please take some time this week to review any emails, PDFs, web pages or other content for links to SmartCatalog and update them to Acalog.
