It’s a new semester and a new opportunity to stay healthy. It is also a great time to engage in fitness activities to help with your wellness goals. The spring schedule starts Monday, Jan. 6, and continues through Friday, May 8. Faculty and staff are encouraged to use the end of the day to join the spin class or take your lunch time to develop overall strength and stability/balance that is important as we age. Spring Challenge Ride starts on Monday, Jan. 6 and ends on Friday, May 8
Challenge Ride is 400 miles and will be awarded with extras as well as custom shirt.
10 Rides or 100 miles earns a custom designed T-shirt
10 strength or stability/balance classes earns a T-shirt
Monday: Spin with Donna noon-12:45 p.m. and Spin with Bob 4:45-5:30 p.m.
Tuesday: Strength/Barbell 12:15-1 p.m. and Spin with Donna 4:45-5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: Spin with Glenna 12:15-1 p.m.
Thursday: Stability Ball 12:15-1 p.m. and Spin with Bob 4:45-5:30 p.m.
Friday: Spin with Donna 12:15-1 p.m.
