Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) is excited to announce that our Life Services Toolkit provider is changing to Health Advocate effective Aug. 1, 2021.
Because you’re a customer with Life Services Toolkit included with your group Life insurance coverage from The Standard, we wanted to share what you can expect with this change:
- The name on all materials will change to Health Advocate.
- You’ll receive the high-quality service you and your employees expect.
- Your service model will remain the same, with online tools and resources, as well as counseling services (with the option for virtual counseling).
- Your toll-free numbers will remain the same.
- The web address will remain the same.
- Individuals will continue to have access to services 24/7.
- Individuals who are currently using the confidential counseling sessions through Morneau Shepell will continue to work with them until the sessions are complete.
Plus:
- Individuals can now choose to access and receive counseling sessions via text.
- Individuals now have the option to schedule their appointment with a counselor or have Health Advocate schedule it.
