The Standard Insurance Life Services Toolkit

Standard Insurance Company (The Standard) is excited to announce that our Life Services Toolkit provider is changing to Health Advocate effective Aug. 1, 2021.

Because you’re a customer with Life Services Toolkit included with your group Life insurance coverage from The Standard, we wanted to share what you can expect with this change:

  • The name on all materials will change to Health Advocate.
  • You’ll receive the high-quality service you and your employees expect.
  • Your service model will remain the same, with online tools and resources, as well as counseling services (with the option for virtual counseling).
  • Your toll-free numbers will remain the same.
  • The web address will remain the same.
  • Individuals will continue to have access to services 24/7.
  • Individuals who are currently using the confidential counseling sessions through Morneau Shepell will continue to work with them until the sessions are complete.

Plus:

  • Individuals can now choose to access and receive counseling sessions via text.
  • Individuals now have the option to schedule their appointment with a counselor or have Health Advocate schedule it.
