We have replaced the Aspen Prize Top 150 icon with the College Choice icon, which illustrates our rankings as No. 17 Best Community College and No. 22 Best Online College in the nation. (The rankings are based on data from Aspen Institute’s College Excellence Program, Payscale, and individual community colleges.) If the Levy Campus is your home base, please ensure that your signature reflects the new address and telephone number.
A standard, consistent and clean email signature facilitates communications with our students, colleagues and community members. The signature is designed to maximize contact information while presenting a professional image. Please change your @cf.edu email account to reflect the following format for external and internal messages. Please do not add personal messages, artwork, quotes, background, etc., that are not a part of the CF brand and that are not included in this sample as these distract from our message.

• Open a new message in Outlook.
• Click Insert, then Signature, then Signatures.
• Click New, then name your signature.
• Cut and paste the sample signature (including the logos and disclosure statement) into the area at the bottom.
• Update with your information and click OK to save.
