Workweek Warrior Challenge, April 1-30

Physical activity lowers your chances of heart disease, helps you maintain a healthy weight, increases strength and flexibility, and relieves stress.  Florida Blue and Better You Strides invite you to register for the workweek challenge through the month of April. When you make walking a regular part of your daily routine, you improve your health and reduce the risk of diseases like cancer, cardiovascular disease and Type 2 diabetes. Over the next 30 days, make every step count. Aim for 50,000 steps every week for a grand total of 200,000 steps this month!

To register, log into your member account at Floridablue.com. click Health and Wellness , then Better You Strides. Nonmembers will go to www.onlifehealth.com to register/access the challenge. Make sure you have your employers five digit Florida Blue group number (78803). Reward amount is $20, once completed, click Allowable Activities tab to see the check mark on Corporate Challenge.
