In this professional development session, presented by Mary Ann Begley and Nancy Keefer, we will explore how your strengths (based on CliftonStrengths* research) and emotional intelligence (based on Daniel Goleman’s research) determine how you “show up” at work and what you can do to contribute to and improve your work environment.
