The Jenzabar and ADP ERP implementation project is about to enter into the next phase. Below is some information regarding what the implementation team has accomplished so far, what’s coming next, and what CF employees can expect regarding some changes to processes in the future.
Current Project Timeline
CF is currently wrapping up data validation after completing configuration of the new system, and we are moving into the next phase: functional training. This training will cover basic and advanced functionality within the new system and will be specialized for each area of the college. The new system is projected to go live mid-fall semester.
Starting now through summer:
You can expect to see changes happening to processes in employee recruitment and hiring, leave requests, timesheets, payroll, and employee onboarding. The ADP Workforce Now portal will soon be your new place to go to in order to see leave time, view compensation and paystubs, access tax documents, request time off, adjust your personal information and manage team members / the hiring process. More information will be available soon about the shift to ADP Workforce Now.
The iCIMS hiring platform has been replaced by ADP, and there is a new job posting site available. External applicants access site through www.CF.edu/Jobs. Internal applicants should contact HR to see available openings.
The Financial Aid team is launching a new Financial Aid portal this spring, with a completely new system for processing financial aid. This portal will be separate from the MyCF student portal, but students will access it through the MyCF portal.
Starting in the fall:
There will be many changes to CF processes, including how CF approaches attendance verification, the student recruitment portal, paper/digital forms, and the design of the MyCF student portal. Additional information will be made available as CF gets closer to the system launch date. Trainings for each area transitioning into the new system will be made available to faculty and staff.
