Yoga Stress-Release Workshop

Explore the fascinating science behind meditation and its measurable impact on both mind and body. .Join Professor Lori Witkowich and Nicole McCarroll for an engaging and insightful session, Tuesday, Feb. 10, 12:30-2 p.m. in the Mindfulness Room in the Learning Commons. Drawing from current research on the physiological benefits of mindfulness, they will highlight how simple, evidence-based practices can reduce stress, improve focus, and enhance emotional regulation. Attendees will immerse into a gentle yoga session followed by a guided meditation. Students who attend will be entered into a raffle to win prizes.
