CF System Upgrades Have Begun

Thursday we began our scheduled system downtime to complete essential upgrades and configuration work as part of our ongoing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) implementation.

During this time, most student services as well as some staff services are going to have temporary alternative processes but the college will be open and classes will continue as scheduled. Please bear with us as we make these needed changes.

It is very important that employees DO NOT make any changes to the Jenzabar system Feb. 5-March 1. Anything you change will not carry over to the new system and can cause significant problems as we finalize data.

Employees can still train in the new Jenzabar one Test system through Feb. 13.

The MyCF portal will have limited options, with any forms or processes that would impact Jenzabar hidden from view. Students and employees will still be able to use the portal to access Canvas and other academic resources.
