Jenzabar Training Workshops and Resources

In-depth training videos and tutorials for performing tasks in the new system are now available on the intranet under Office of Professional Development, with many more training guides coming soon. In addition, many module managers will be holding in-person/Zoom trainings or office hours for any employee who has questions or would like to walk through processes.

  • Admissions Module Training on Thursday, March 5, 9-10 a.m. in Professional Development Center, Room 117C or by Zoom
  • Communications Module Training on Tuesday, March 3, 3-4 p.m. (Zoom link); Thursday, March 5 at 2:30-3:30 p.m. (Zoom link); and Friday, March 13 at 10-11 a.m. (Zoom link) in Professional Development Center, Room 117C or by Zoom
  • Faculty and Academic Staff Assistants: GIFTS Sessions at Professional Development Day (Wednesday, March 4) in Building 40 at 10:15-10:45 a.m., 10:50-11:20 a.m., and 11:25-11:55 a.m.
  • Enrollment Services/Registrar on Wednesday, March 4, 2-3 p.m. in Professional Development Center, Room 117C or by Zoom
  • Academic Advising on Thursday, March 5, 10:30-11:30 a.m. in Professional Development Center, Room 117C or by Zoom
  • Budget and Purchasing on Friday, March 6, 1:30-2:30 p.m. (Zoom link) and Wednesday, March 11, 11 a.m.-12 p.m. (Zoom link) in Professional Development Center, Room 117C or by Zoom

Sessions will also be recorded and posted online for anyone who cannot attend.
