Please join us Thursday, Oct. 15, 10 a.m.-2 p.m. in the Klein Conference Center on the Ocala Campus.
There will be representatives from most of the insurance carriers to assist you with making the correct choices for your benefits.
State Group Insurance Open Enrollment
- MyBenefits.MyFlorida.com: website for employees and retirees.
- PeopleFirst.MyFlorida.com: online, self-service, secure web-based human resource information system for employees.
- 2027 Benefits Guide includes any changes from the Florida Legislature and insurance providers, checklists, and insurance company contact information.
- @stategroupinsurance on YouTube: videos for employees about provider programs and services.
- In-person benefits fairs with DMS staff and insurance providers from Monday, Sept. 28 through Thursday, Oct. 22, 2026. Schedule available at Home – myBenefits Florida.
- Ocala campus will be hosting a state benefits fair on October 15, 2026 from 10-2 p.m. in the Klein Center, Bldg. 40.
- Benefit Statements are mailed to each eligible employee/retiree by USPS on October 5, 2026.
