Make Your Saturday SUPER!

Nov 7 @ 8:00 am - 4:00 pm

Yes, Saturdays can be SUPER, especially when you invest the day in your own professional growth and development!

The Office of Professional Development is teaming up with the Teaching & Learning Institute to host Super Saturday, Nov. 7, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.

What is SUPER SATURDAY?

SUPER SATURDAY is designed to give you something we all need more of: dedicated time to focus on a project that will strengthen your skills, develop your talents, and enhance your impact on those you serve and work alongside.

You already know where you’d like to grow. We provide the time, support, and resources to help you make meaningful progress.

How It Works

  • Submit a proposal for a project that can be completed during this one-day workshop.
  • Spend most of the day working hands-on to complete your project.
  • Receive guidance and support as needed throughout the day.
  • Bonus: Each staff participant will receive a $150 stipend.

Whether you’re creating new resources, developing a skill, improving a process, or tackling a project you’ve been meaning to complete, SUPER SATURDAY is your opportunity to focus, create, and grow. Join us for a day of learning, productivity, and professional excellence. We can’t wait to see what you’ll accomplish!

A maximum of 5 staff participants will be accepted. If more than 5 applications are received, preference will be given to those whose projects reflect the OPD mission, have not participated previously, and whose applications were received first.

Please complete the application through the link provided: https://acrobat.adobe.com/id/urn:aaid:sc:va6c2:3cf44c41-ae5f-4ef7-bb46-cb0e51ec95d2 , and complete a description of your project proposal. Remember, you must be able to complete your project during that day, and it must reflect the mission of the Office of Professional Development.
