Yoga Workshop, ‘Finding Balance Within,’ Oct. 10
You are invited to the next yoga workshop: “Finding Balance Within” on Wednesday, Oct. 10, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Instructional Center, Building 9, Room 101. This class will explore and cultivate balance for various yoga poses. Attendees will also be invited to take a look within yourself to find your own balance.
