AFC Chapter Meeting: Just Breathe and Relax, April 27
Join us for the next AFC Ocala Chapter meeting on Tuesday, April 27, from 12:30-1:30 p.m., online.
Hear from CF Associate Professor Lori Witkowich who will lead a 20-minute session of centering and grounding by using our breath. Lori will teach us some breathing techniques that we can easily incorporate into our lives. We are breathing anyway, so why not make a conscious effort to connect with your very own life force.
