AFC Annual State Conference Travel Funding

Attention all AFC-CF Chapter members:

Are you interested in attending the November 2022 AFC State Family Reunion – 73rd Annual Meeting and Conference in Panama City Beach?

Submit your request to travel to the 2022 AFC State Conference now! Email your signed opening travel form to AFC@cf.edu after obtaining supervisor’s approval. There are a limited number of funding seats available and requests will be approved on a first come, first served basis.

All requests to use AFC-CF funding for this trip’s expenses must be received by 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 30. The executive board will review all requests and let members know if they are authorized to attend on behalf of the AFC-CF Chapter. We kindly ask those who already have a budget for this trip within their department to please utilize department funding first.

The executive board will ensure proper submission of all approved AFC-CF funded opening travel forms with appropriate VP and Business Office Approval. Approved opening travel forms will be returned from either the business office or the executive board.
