Appleton Museum Unveils ‘Art on the Up and Up’

The Appleton Museum of Art invites you to see “Art on the Up and Up,” an innovative project bringing new perspectives to the museum’s iconic lobby through the display of dynamic, large-scale works of art on the underside of the marble staircases.

CF Professor Tyrus Clutter is the inaugural featured artist, and his vinyls inspired by William-Adolphe Bouguereau’s “The Shepherdess” and Elizabeth Jane Gardner’s “Daphnis and Chloe” are currently on display through the fall.
