Do you want to be involved in decisions which directly affect all career and professional employees at CF? Then please join us on the Career and Professional Employees Council (CPEC). You should have received information about our upcoming election by now (if you haven’t, please let me know!) We will be looking for nominations for a new member from each of our five groups. Think about who you might want to have representing your best interests at CF so you can nominate them (or yourself!). Nominations are due by March 29, 2024. The election will be held in June and those elected will take office July 1.
Our upcoming annual CPEC/AFC Employee Appreciation Breakfast Meeting is to be held April 11 at 8:30 – 10 a.m., in the Klein. Please join us as we recognize some employee accomplishments, have a short program and introduce all our nominees.
What is CPEC? We are a Governance Committee with goals of improving working conditions, communication and work relations among career and professional employees, faculty and administration of CF. We support and encourage professional growth and development for employees and support the vision and mission of the college.
