Canceled: AFC Chapter Meeting: PACE Center for Girls, March 24
Join us for the next AFC CF Chapter meeting on Tuesday, March 24, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. Hear Carole Savage, regional executive director for PACE Center for Girls, talk about how PACE is helping girls in our community. PACE is a safe and supportive academic and counseling program for girls ages 11-17 that helps them face their past and prepare them for their future. With a focus on academics combined with social-emotional learning, PACE highlights the positive attributes of each girl.
Meetings take place in the Bryant Student Union, Room 203; at the Citrus Campus in the Learning and Conference Center, Room 105; and on the Levy Campus, Room 105. Refreshments will be served.
Help fill the PACE treasure chest and donate any of the following items if you are able to:
- Fun girly journals
- lip gloss or balm
- bath bombs
- face care masks
- new shoes
- ear buds or headphones
- pop sock-its
- bath and body works products
- nice water bottles or tumblers
- gift cards (maybe to places in the mall?)
- solid color leggings of all sizes
- false eyelashes
- clear lip gloss
- ethnic styling products
