CF Ira Holmes International Film Series: ‘The Farewell’
The CF Ira Holmes International Film Series continues Tuesday, Sept. 27 with the 2019 Chinese film “The Farewell,” the poignant story of a Chinese-American woman who returns to China to see her dying grandmother and rediscover the country she left as a child.
All films will be shown Tuesdays at 2 p.m. at the Appleton Museum of Art and at 7 p.m. at the Ocala Campus. Screenings at the Ocala Campus are free and open to the public. Screenings at the Appleton are free to all museum and film series members; nonmembers pay museum admission. Films may contain mature content.
