Dietitian Advice on Grocery Shopping Webinar, Aug. 21
Florida Blue invites CF employees to a complimentary webinar on Wednesday, Aug. 21, from noon-1 p.m. about staying healthy and buying smart at the grocery store with Adriana Munoz, registered dietitian and nutritionist for Sanitas Medical Centers. This free chat will cover planning your grocery shopping, filling up a healthy grocery cart, reading nutritional labels and making a healthy grocery checklist. After a brief presentation, participants will have an opportunity to submit questions and have them answered live.
