‘Extreme Pressure Biennial of American Prints’ Exhibition Opens Today
“The 2022 Extreme Pressure Biennial of American Prints,” an inaugural competitive national exhibition of contemporary printmaking, opens Monday, Aug. 8, at the CF Webber Gallery. The exhibition will be on view through Sept. 22.
Judged by Janet Ballweg, professor of art and head of printmaking at Bowling Green State University, this show offers cash prizes funded by CAMPUS USA and the opportunity for some works to be accepted into the college’s permanent collections.
An opening reception and awards ceremony will be held Friday, Aug. 19, from 5-7 p.m. Webber Gallery hours are Monday-Thursday, 10 a.m.-4 p.m., and admission is free. For more information, call ext. 1552.
