Join Florida Blue and Better You Team for a Better You Holiday Thrive Guide in a series of 20-minute webinars every Tuesday through Dec. 15 from 11-11:20 a.m. online to give you a set of strategies for renewing energy, resilience and positivity throughout your holiday season. This time will be invested to de-stress and review practices to help you clarify what’s really important and make the most of the moments that matter as 2020 comes to a close.
