Ira Holmes International Film Series: ‘King Kong vs. Godzilla’

The CF Ira Holmes International Film Series continues with “King Kong vs. Godzilla” on Tuesday, Feb. 8.
In this 1962 adventure classic, the two biggest monsters of all time descend on Tokyo for a fight that holds the future of mankind in the balance.
The film will be shown at 2 p.m. at the Appleton Museum of Art. A special B-movie screening will be held at 7 p.m. at Ocala Drive-In, 4850 S. Pine Ave.
Films at the Appleton are free to all museum and film series members; nonmembers pay museum admission. Films may contain mature content.
On Wednesday, Feb. 9, CF Associate Professor Jay Thompson will host an online film talk and question and answer session at 12:30 p.m. via Zoom.
