Leadership Styles and How It Can Change – Dr Allan Danuff

Leading Patriots: Inspiring Excellence and Leadership
Join your fellow CF faculty and staff Thursday, Sept. 12, 12:30-1:30 p.m., in the Office of Professional Development as Dr. Allan Danuff, associate vice president, Arts & Sciences presents “Leadership Styles and How It Can Change.” Leadership is the ability to inspire and guide others toward a common goal. A leader embodies qualities that motivate their team and influence outcomes. Personal values shape leadership styles, which can be visionary like Eagles, methodical like Beavers or nurturing like Bunnies. Understanding these styles helps leaders adapt and lead more effectively. RSVP using the form below. Each registered participant will receive a confirmation email prior to the event.
