Please Join Us for Mental Health First Aid Training – UPDATE: Only 3 Spots Left for Ocala!

Dr. Mary Ann Begley and Cindy Pfriender are offering Mental Health First Aid Training for all faculty and staff. This training will help you recognize the signs and symptoms of potential mental health or substance use challenges, listen nonjudgmentally, provide reassurance, and refer individuals to appropriate support and services. Don’t miss this opportunity to gain practical skills that can make a real difference. This is an in-person, four-day workshop. Attendance to all four sessions is required and is limited to 10 attendees. There will be separate events for each of our campuses.
Ocala’s will be held Thursday, Friday, Monday and Tuesday, March 26, 27, 30 and 31, 2-4 p.m. each day, in the Bryant Student Union, room 203. To reserve your spot, send an email to Cindy Pfriender at pfriendc@cf.edu.
