Student Recital: Instrumental and Concerto Competition, Nov. 28
CF’s Visual and Performing Arts Department will present an Instrumental Recital/Concerto Competition on Wednesday, Nov. 28, at 12:30 p.m. in the Charles R. Dassance Fine Arts Center.
Students enrolled in music courses will perform competition-grade compositions. The winner(s) of the competition will be invited to attend a symposium in the spring.
“CF music students work hard all semester to meet specific performance benchmarks for their level, and performing in front of an audience is a valuable educational experience for them,” said Dr. Jennifer Fryns, dean of Arts and Education. “I hope members of the community can join us in celebrating what they have achieved.”
