The Good Place: How Your Strengths and Emotional Intelligence Contribute to a Positive Work Environment
In this professional development session presented by Dr. Mary Ann Begley and Nancy Keefer, we will explore how your strengths (based on CliftonStrengths research) and emotional intelligence (based on Daniel Goleman research) to determine how you “show up” at work, and what you can do to contribute to and improve your work environment. Join us Monday, Jan. 24, from 12:30-2 p.m. in the Stearns Learning Resources Center, Building 3, Room 112, on the Ocala Campus.
