Volunteers Needed for Light Up Ocala

Want to experience Light-Up Ocala from the front row? Our table is right on the square! Every year there is a wonderful variety of music, arts, crafts, refreshments, kids’ activities and Santa Claus, culminating in the reveal of the holiday light display. Join us to Saturday, Nov. 22, as we bring smiles to faces and information about our amazing education opportunities to everyone. The event runs from 3-8 p.m.

We are in need of volunteers for either 12:30-3:30 p.m., 3:30-6:30 p.m. or 5:30-8:30 p.m. The first shift would include setting up the tent and tables. The last shift includes breaking everything down and loading it into cars for transport back to campus. If you are interested in volunteering, please email Kaitlyn Carter with your preferred shift by Thursday, Nov. 20, at noon.
