
Wear Your Wings Domestic Violence Walk, Oct. 11

CF employees are invited to attend the Wear Your Wings domestic violence walk on Saturday, Oct. 11, at the Ocala Campus to honor domestic violence victims. The walk honors former CF Associate Professor Debra Vazquez, who lost her life in 2004 as a result of domestic violence. Vazquez taught English, literature, and creative writing at CF for many years and established “Imprints” literary magazine, serving as advisor of the award-winning publication until 2004. All proceeds benefit victims and survivors of domestic violence. You can register to walk or run by clicking here.
