Women’s History Poetry & Open Mic Event
Students are invited to an Open Mic poetry event to celebrate Women’s History Month. The Student Activities Board, Student Life and the Office of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion are sponsoring the event on Wednesday, March 23, from 12:30-1:30 p.m. in the Stearns Learning Resources Center.
Students who would like to share spoken word, poetry or song are encouraged to register HERE.
Free coffee or tea will be provided to attendees by Cliff’s Cyber Café, and the first 75 students to check in will be given a copy of “The Hill We Climb” by poet Amanda Gorman. Attendees will also have the chance to play women’s history bingo.
